San Francisco Clam Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 small onion, minced
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 cans minced clams
    2 cans mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 stick margarine
Preparation
    In medium skillet, saute onion and bell pepper in margarine until transparent.
    Add remaining ingredients; stir until creamy and heated through.
    Serve warm with assorted crackers or chips.
