Broccoli Casserole(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

3 c. uncooked noodles
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 Tbsp. plain no-fat yogurt
2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. skim milk
1 c. light Cheddar cheese
3 c. cooked or diced turkey or chicken
Preparation

Cook noodles and broccoli as directed and drain.
In double boiler, mix yogurt, flour and mustard.
Heat. Add milk
slowly. Cook, stirring until thickened.
Remove from heat. Stir in cheese until melted.
Layer noodles, broccoli and turkey in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Pour sauce over all and bake, uncovered, 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until bubbly.
