Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 medium apples
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Grease and flour tube cake pan.
Beat 3 eggs well;
add 1 1/4 cups
oil
and
2
cups
sugar.
Add 2 1/2 cups flour, 2 medium apples
(peeled,
cored
and
chopped), 1 cup shredded coconut and 1
cup chopped walnuts or pecans.
Batter will be stiff.
Pour into
tube
pan
and bake 1 hour (more or less). Remove from
pan after
cooled
about 30 minutes and top with following while still warm.
