Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head lettuce
    3 stalks celery
    1 small onion
    1 can small peas
    2/3 pt. Hellmann's mayo
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    cheese
    bacon bits
Preparation
    Chop fine the lettuce, celery and onion.
    Mix with can of peas.
    Spread in bottom of casserole dish.
    Mix together mayonnaise and sugar.
    Seal over salad.
    Sprinkle heavily with cheese and bacon bits.
    Refrigerate 12 hours.
