Texas Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chuck roast
    1 large onion
    2 cloves garlic
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 small can tomato sauce
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook roast in water.
    Saute onion, garlic and butter.
    Add and cook together all other ingredients.
    Add roast that has been cooked and cut fine.
    Mix thoroughly.
