Venison Stew(Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat
    flour
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
    2 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    2 1/2 c. vegetable juice cocktail (V-8)
Preparation
    Flour stew meat and brown.
    Set aside next 4 ingredients in crock-pot.
    Sprinkle next 4 ingredients over vegetables.
    Put meat on top.
    Pour vegetable juice cocktail over.
    Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
