Sweet-Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless whole chicken breast to serve 4 to 6 people
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 bottle Russian dressing
    1 medium to small jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Place chicken in casserole.
    Spoon apricot preserves evenly over chicken. Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly over chicken.
    Pour Russian dressing evenly over chicken.
    Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Remove cover and stir sauce gently last 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
