Whipped Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium sweet potatoes, baked until soft
1/2 c. unsalted butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. black pepper

Preparation

Peel the potatoes while they're hot.
Mix with the butter, salt and pepper.
Use a hand mixer to beat until smooth.
Serves 6.
