Opal'S Chocolate Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, soda and cinnamon. Set aside. Put cocoa, water, cooking oil and butter in a saucepan. Cook until it comes to a boil or it melts. Then mix the first 4 ingredients and the 2nd four ingredients together, stirring well, then add the eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes in oblong 9 x 13 pan.
