Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh cranberries
    1/2 orange, unpeeled
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
Preparation
    Wash cranberries; drain.
    Cut orange into quarters.
    Chop cranberries and orange quarters and stir in pecans and sugar.
    Add boiling water to gelatin, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
    Cool. Stir in cranberry-orange-pecan mixture.
    Chill until jelled.
    Makes 3 cups.
