Fluffy Strawberry Mold - cooking recipe

1 (3 oz.) box strawberry flavor gelatin
1 c. boiling water
2 c. frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
1 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preparation

Pour gelatin in an electric blender.
Add boiling water; blend 30 seconds at low speed.
Scrape sides with a rubber spatula. Cover and blend 15 seconds longer.
Add remaining ingredients. Cover and blend 40 to 50 seconds at medium speed, until most of the strawberries are pureed.
Pour immediately into a 4-cup mold or glass serving bowl.
Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours, until set. Unmold onto plate before serving or leave in glass bowl.
Makes 3 1/2 cups or 8 servings.
