Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. V-8 juice
1 tomato, skinned, seeded and chopped
1 cucumber, seeded, skinned and chopped
1 carrot, grated
1 bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
4 oz. sour cream
Tabasco
Preparation

Divide juice between 4 bowls.
Do same with all vegetables. Chill until serving time.
Just before serving, swirl 1 ounce sour cream into each serving.
Makes 4 (1 cup) servings.
