Apple Butter Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. quick cooking oats (uncooked)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. apple butter
Preparation
    Combine flour, soda and salt in a large bowl. Add oats and sugar. Stir in butter and mix well. Press half of mixture into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan; top with apple butter. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture; press gently with a spoon. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until browned. Cool. Cut into bars. Yield: 3 dozen bars.
