Baked Beans(For 75 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 gal. cans pork and beans
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    15 oz. ketchup
    1/2 lb. brown sugar
    onion, peeled and diced (optional)*
Preparation
    Pour all ingredients into a large container or electric oven and mix well.
    Heat at 375\u00b0 until bubbly on sides.
    Then reduce heat to 250\u00b0 and cook 1 1/2 hours more.
    Stir frequently.
