Stuffed New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 new potatoes, small ones about silver dollar size
    3/4 c. cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. freshly chopped chives
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes on a medium heat till soft and cool in fridge . Combine the rest of the ingredients together.
    Cut cooled potatoes in half.
    With a melon scoop or a small spoon scoop out a bit of potato and discard.
    Spoon some of the mixture into the potato, about a Tbsp.
    Bake 375\u00b0 15-20 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
    If any of the mixture left save in the fridge.
    It works great on top of a baked potato!
