Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. pecans (about 1 lb.)
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except pecans, in large bowl.
    When thoroughly mixed, add pecans; stir to coat well.
    Spread peanuts on foil covered cookie sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Stir once or twice to crisp and dry evenly.
