pesto sauce
Mozzarella cheese
tofu
onions
mushrooms
sesame seed
olive oil
artichoke hearts
pine nuts
fresh spinach
tomatoes
pineapple (optional)
Parmesan cheese
Feta cheese
Preparation

Spread pesto sauce over pizza shell.
Top with grated Mozzarella cheese.
Saute in olive oil the cubed tofu, sliced and ringed or chopped onions, sliced mushrooms and about 2 tablespoons sesame seed.
Add to top of pizza.
Add cut up artichoke hearts, chopped or torn spinach, pine nuts (worth the expense), pineapple (optional) and sliced tomatoes.
Top with Parmesan cheese and crumbled Feta cheese.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
