Italian Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. Ricotta cheese, mashed
    5 eggs, well beaten
    1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar (to taste)
    1 1/2 shots whiskey (bourbon, Canadian Mist)
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in order in baking dish (glass or Corning Ware).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour, until top begins to turn light brown.
    Bake in glass or Corning Ware dish, 13 x 8 3/4-inch.
