Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 c. peanuts
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cook sugar, syrup, water and salt until mixture threads or 290\u00b0 to 300\u00b0.
Add butter and peanuts. Cook until mixture turns light brown in color. Add soda. Pour a thin layer in a pan to cool.
