Cream Of Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. diced onion
    4 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and quartered
    1/4 tsp. dried crushed basil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    few dashes white pepper
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    In a large saucepan combine chicken broth, onion, tomato and basil.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Place half of mixture in blender.
    Cover and blend 30 to 60 seconds until smooth.
    Pour in a bowl; repeat with remaining mixture.
    Set aside.
