Rhubarb Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh or frozen rhubarb (if frozen, don't use as much water)
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry or wild strawberry jello
1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Cook rhubarb, then add sugar to hot rhubarb and jello.
Stir well and then add pineapple.
Do not drain pineapple.
Mix well and put in a bowl to jell.
