Bacon-Buttermilk Dressing - cooking recipe

6 slices lean bacon, diced
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. reduced calorie, no cholesterol mayonnaise
1 scallion, finely chopped
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. minced fresh chervil or parsley
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
dash of hot pepper sauce
