Cheese And Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. nonfat sour cream
    1 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayo
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. broccoli florets
    2 c. cauliflower florets
    1 c. thawed frozen peas
    1 c. shredded nonfat sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 red onion, finely chopped
    3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, mayo and lemon juice. Add the broccoli, cauliflower, peas, cheese and onion; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled, at least 1 to 2 hours. Serve sprinkled with the bacon.
