Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken cutlets (no skin)
    1 pkg. dried beef
    4 strips bacon, cut in half
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to your taste
Preparation
    Lightly grease large Pyrex dish with margarine.
    Line bottom with dried beef.
    Open chicken cutlets and place small amount of butter in middle.
    Roll cutlets and hold in place with 1/2 strip bacon.
    Place on top of dried beef.
    Mix soup and sour cream together and pour on top of chicken.
    Bake slowly at 275\u00b0 for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Serve with rice.
