Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

40 to 50 cherry tomatoes
2 small (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. each: parsley and chives
4 Tbsp. clam juice
1 can minced clams, drained
1 jar capers
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except tomatoes, thoroughly.
Cut thin slices from top of each tomato.
Remove pulp and turn upside-down to drain.
Stuff tomatoes with cheese mixture.
Garnish each top with a caper.
