Chicken A La Queen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (5 oz.) cans boned chicken
    2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. onion
Preparation
    Saute macaroni, onion and green pepper until macaroni turns yellow.
    Add tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Mix in chicken and broth.
    Sprinkle cheese over top and simmer 5 minutes more.
