Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. boneless pork spareribs
    2 c. catsup
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. maple syrup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Brown spareribs; drain grease.
    Combine the rest of ingredients, mixing well.
    Pour over spareribs.
    Simmer until tender, approximately 4 to 5 hours.
    Remove spareribs from pan. We use the barbecue sauce over baked potatoes with sour cream on top.
