Baked Halibut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large halibut steaks (1/2-inch thick)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1 c. crushed cornflakes
2 Tbsp. melted butter
paprika
Preparation

Dip steaks in salted milk, then in crushed cornflakes to coat thoroughly on both sides.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Drizzle tops of steaks with melted butter.
Add dash of paprika.
Bake in hot oven to 500\u00b0 to 550\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
