Peach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box peach jello
    1 12 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1/4 C. sugar
    2 C. buttermilk
    1 8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 C. pecans
Preparation
    In sauce pan mix sugar, jello and pineapple. Heat just until dissolved. Whisk in buttermilk, Cool Whip and pecans. Pour into 9x13 inch casserole dish. Chill.
