Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers, cleaned
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. rice
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. catsup
    3 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and seasonings. Add 1 cup tomato sauce, 1/2 cup milk, egg, 1/4 cup catsup, 3/4 cup rice and 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Stuff peppers. Place in roaster or Dutch oven. Cover with 2 cups tomato sauce, 3/4 cup catsup and 1/2 cup water. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
