Chicken Alouette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 1/2 oz.) pkg. puff pastry sheets, thawed
    1 (40 oz.) container garlic and spice Alouette cheese or cream cheese with garlic and spices
    6 skinned and boned chicken
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Unfold pastry sheets into 14 x 12-inch rectangle on floured surface.
    Cut one sheet into 4 (7 x 6-inch) rectangles.
    Cut second sheet into two.
    Set aside.
    Shape into oval (cut off corners). Spread evenly with cheese.
