Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage (I use turkey sausage and much less; perhaps 1/2 lb.)
    1 c. chopped onions
    8 c. beef broth or bouillon
    2/3 c. dry red or white wine
    28 oz. can tomatoes, chopped and drained
    2 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    2 c. zucchini, diced
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    3/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning (taste first; depends on sausage)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 lb. tortellini
Preparation
    Brown sausage; add onion and garlic, then remaining ingredients.
    When serving, sprinkle with cheese.
