Chocolate Glaze For Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 Tbsp light colored corn syrup
Preparation
    In a sauce pan heat the chocolate chips and butter over low heat until melted. This will need to be stirred often. Set aside. In a heavy saucepan mix whipping cream and corn syrup. Bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate mixture. Cut your favorite cake and drizzle over top of each serving. Good on any cake.
