Mike'S Chicken Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. diced green peppers
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can chili beans
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 pt. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Boil chicken until done.
    Cool and pull off bone.
    Add onions, peppers, water and crushed tomatoes.
    Bring to simmer for about 30 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour (best next day).
