Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated carrots
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Mix oil and sugar in separate container.
    Add half flour mixture.
    Mix well and beat in carrots, pineapple and nuts.
    Stir in vanilla and remaining flour mixture.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg, until well blended.
    Bake in greased 8 x 12 x 2-inch pan until brown (toothpick will be clean when tested).
