Strawberry Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 (10 oz.) box frozen strawberries, sliced
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. boiling water
3 bananas, mashed
1 pt. sour cream
1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Combine Jell-O with water. Fold in strawberries and juice. Drain pineapple and add the pineapple, bananas and nuts to Jell-O. Pour half of mixture into a 2-quart oblong pan.
Put in refrigerator for 1 hour or until firm.
Spread sour cream on and put remaining mixture on top. Return to refrigerator.
