Nancy Sherman Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. flank steak, cut into strips
    1 lb. Polish sausage (may substitute sausage turkey/low-fat)
    2 cans low-fat mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 clove garlic
    1 green pepper
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 large onion
    pinch of garlic salt
Preparation
    Saute sausage and flank steak with garlic for 3 to 5 minutes. Place in slow cooker with soup; cook on low 5 hours.
    Dice pepper and onion; saute each with garlic salt (separately) and add to meat mixture.
    Stir until peppers and onions thoroughly mixed and serve over rice or noodles.
