Baked Flounder Italian Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. flounder fillets
    1 Spanish onion, sliced and separated into rings
    3 large tomatoes, sliced
    2 large green peppers, sliced
    grated Parmesan cheese
    Italian bread crumbs
    Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin and cut in 1-inch strips
Preparation
    Shake fillets with bread crumbs in a bag until well coated. Arrange aluminum foil on a cookie sheet; lightly grease the foil. Place fillets on foil.
