Sausage Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 green peppers
    1 c. celery
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 c. Minute rice
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 small onion
    1 lb. Rice's mild sausage
    2 c. water
    1 pkg. frozen vegetables
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown and saute together green peppers, onion, celery and sausage.
    Drain, if necessary.
    Stir together soy sauce, water and rice; add to sausage mixture.
    Put in 2-quart casserole.
    Put mushrooms on top.
    Put frozen vegetables on top of mushrooms.
    Cover and bake until liquid is absorbed, about 45 minutes.
    Stir vegetables in, let stand 10 minutes and serve.
