Apple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    7 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal. Toss apple with water and lemon juice. Spoon into greased 8-inch casserole dish and sprinkle with flour mixture. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
