Roquefort Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. broilers (split)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 oz. Roquefort cheese
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Rub the broilers with salt and pepper.
    Melt the butter in skillet.
    Brown the chicken.
    Remove from skillet and place in a baking dish.
    Mash Roquefort cheese with a fork and blend in garlic and sour cream.
    Spread over chicken.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tender.
    Serves 4.
