Carol'S Creole Black Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked black beans (Goya canned or homemade)
    1 1/2 large onions
    1 large green pepper
    3/4 tsp. garlic
    1/4 tsp. cumin (ground)
    8 oz. olive oil (extra virgin)
    1 tsp. vinegar
    bacon
    sausage*
    beans**
Preparation
    *Andouille or Tasso is preferred but in a pinch Italian sausage will do.
