Hot Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small red potatoes, washed and sliced thin
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    4 to 6 stalks celery, sliced
    1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz or 1 (8 oz.) jalapeno Cheez Whiz and 1 (8 oz.) regular Cheez Whiz
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Layer potatoes, green onions and celery. Dot with butter, salt and pepper.
    Spread half of Cheez Whiz over this and repeat layers.
    Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0 or until potatoes are tender.
