Mostaccioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mostaccioli noodles
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. chili pepper
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey (for less fat)
    1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, drained
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In large pot boil noodles according to package directions; drain.
    In large skillet, brown beef or turkey, onion and celery until meat is browned and celery is tender.
    Drain fat.
    Add the remaining ingredients, except the noodles and cheese.
    Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Pour meat mixture and drained noodles into a 3-quart baking dish and mix.
    Then top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
    Serves 6 to 8.
    Great with garlic bread and salad.
