Tuna, Broccoli And Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. broccoli, cut into florets
    8 oz. drained, water packed tuna, flaked
    2 c. cooked macaroni shells
    2 medium tomatoes, cut into chunks
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Steam broccoli, covered, in 2 inches of boiling water until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
    Drain and cool slightly.
    In a large bowl, combine broccoli with remaining ingredients.
    Toss gently until combined.
    Chill several hours, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 4 servings.
