Fruit Salad Mixup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
    2 c. ice cubes
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Use 3/4 cup pineapple and orange juice; boil and add to gelatin.
    Add ice cubes; stir 5 minutes until thickened.
    Remove ice.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Reserve 1/2 cup pineapple, 1/4 cup oranges and 1 tablespoon walnuts for garnish.
    Stir remaining fruit and walnuts into gelatin with marshmallows.
    Top with reserved fruit and nuts.
    Refrigerate 4 hours.
    Makes 8 servings.
