Cream Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 drops red food coloring
    2 drops strawberry flavoring
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese.
    Add sugar a little at a time, until mixture is stiff enough to knead.
    Knead until smooth and creamy. Roll into small balls and roll in fine coconut.
    Chill until ready to serve.
