Eggs Benedict - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
3 c. warm milk
3/4 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1/2 lb. jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. shredded Cheddar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 doz. hard-boiled eggs, sliced
sliced mushrooms
English muffins
Canadian bacon or favorite ham
Preparation

Mix butter, milk, salt and pepper.
Add Cheez Whiz, Velveeta, Cheddar and Worcestershire sauce.
Heat until cheese is melted. Add sliced eggs and mushrooms.
Serve over toasted English muffins and sliced Canadian bacon.
