Chicken And Leeks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, boiled (save broth)
    2 leeks
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 to 1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 clove garlic, chopped
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken.
    Cut leeks up to dark green, then cut light green part of stem into 1/2 to 1-inch pieces.
    Cut those pieces in half lengthwise and rinse.
    Flake or pull apart leaves and put in frying pan along with oil and garlic.
    Saute until soft. Add chicken, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Warm chicken.
    Add cream and cook until cream is \"saucy\" 5 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
