Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes peeled and cubed
    1 medium onion chopped
    4 ribs celery chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can diced tomatoes - do not drain
    1 stick margarine
    6-8 cups water
    salt, pepper, parsley flakes - to taste
    1 cup apple cider vinegar
    1 cup water
    1 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon salt
    1/2 tablespoons corn starch
Preparation
    Pour mixture over potatoes and stir.
